Delivery 

Where do you deliver to ?

We currently deliver across the KSA through our shipping partner SMSA. Items purchased will be delivered right at your doorstep whether at your home or in the office.

We offer Delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and we would kindly ask you to pick up your orders from the nearest Courier Company office.

Do you have extra charges for delivery ?

There are no extra charges, no matter where to deliver your order and the payment method you use. Only orders below SAR 300 will have a surcharge of SAR 17 for delivery.

 

How long does it take for my order to be delivered ?

 

To check exactly how long your item will take, the delivery date is on the product page.

How can I track my order ?

We will provide you with the tracking number for your order once its shipped with SMSA, and you can track it by visiting SMSA Website http://www.smsaexpress.com/arabic/

If your order has taken longer than the expected timeframe to arrive, please contact the customer support team via customercare@paris-avenues.com or call us at 920028821 and we will be happy to assist you.

What if the item I received was damaged?

 

At PARIS AVENUES we always take extra care in packaging your items, however, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via sending us an email at customercare@paris-avenues.com  or call us on 920028821, You will receive a label attachment from customercare@paris-avenues.com with a return airway bill (AWB) number with all the return process details, after that we will proceed with the replacement or give you a voucher with the amount of the returned item you can use in any other order at PARIS AVENUES we always take extra care in packaging your items, however, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via the  email at customercare@paris-avenues.com  or call us on 920028821, and will schedule a pick-up of the item and immediately issue you a voucher to place a new order.

Can I place an order outside the KSA?

 

Currently, PARIS AVENUES covers the KSA only. We are planning to expand to other parts of the Middle East shortly, so please stay tuned because we might start shipping to your country sooner than you think!

 

How can I change my delivery address?

Please fill in the Contact us form to notify us of your correct address. Also note that Aramex will call you prior to delivery and you will have a chance to confirm your shipping address to them or change it at that time.

 

What is the difference between the shipping fees and COD fees?

We at Paris Avenues aim to provide the best services and expand the options to our customers, so we provide cash on delivery as an payment method, which entails additional costs from the shipping company 25 SAR. You can cancel this value by prepaid by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal,

The shipping costs are free of charge for orders exceeding SAR 300 and otherwise additional costs of SR19 will be charged.

 

What could cause delay in shipment?

At Paris Avenues we believe that delivery of the order must be done on time and any delay will be very frustrating, so we are working to deliver the shipment to the shipping companies within one business day, and for any delayed from shipping companies please know that your order is our responsibility, just contact us on 920028821 or by sending an email at: customercare@paris-avenues.com We will follow up the order and deliver it to your attendant as soon as possible.

Returns/Exchange 

How can I return an item?

 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for something wrong with the product, or you received a different of what you ordered.  please contact the customer service team by calling us at 920028821 to initiate and schedule the return process. 

Once we've heard from you, we will then inform SMSA to collect your order from you. 

We won’t keep you waiting! We will directly issue you a refund coupon which is redeemable on our website for the price of the item that you returned. You can use that coupon to order any other item you would like!

To exchange an item, first, contact PARIS AVENUES at 920028821 or send an email to customercare@paris-avenues.com

You will receive a label attachment from customercare@paris-avenues.com with a return airway bill (AWB) number. After that drop all exchange items to the nearest SMSA office with the return airway bill (AWB) number. Following that, please notify us by sending an email and a voucher will immediately be issued for your use.


Please Make sure the products are still in its original package,

What is the return notice period ?

 

We provide our customers with a 7-day notice period of returns. Please note that the items must be in the original packaging and must be unused.

 

Do I get a Refund? Do I get my money back ?

 

We do offer refunds in the form of coupons. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, we give you the possibility to return it for free: we would pay the return shipping fees and would issue you a refund coupon for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose another item! For example if you paid SAR 100 for an item, we’ll give you a coupon for SAR 100 directly after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that the SAR 30 shipping fee for orders below SAR 300 are not refundable.

How long does a return or exchange refund take ?

The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better! Our SMSA team will arrive within 2 working days to your doorstep to pick-up the item. A refund coupon will directly be sent to you via email afterwards.

What happens to the voucher I used to buy an item if I ask for a return/exchange?

If you used a voucher (for example a SAR 30 voucher) to purchase something from our website, then we just add it to your return coupon. For example, if you ordered a fragrance for SAR100 and you used a SAR 30 voucher, this means that you paid SAR 70. But if you returned the item for a valid reason, then we still provide you with a SAR 100 coupon so that you won’t lose the benefit of having used a voucher!

 

I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel an order before I receive the item?

At Paris Avenues, the most important for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please contact Paris Avenues at 920028821 or send an Email to customercare@paris-avenues.com and we will take care of everything!

However, if your order has been shipped, we would not be able to cancel it. Please note that in our efforts to deliver best customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Hence, in case you change your mind, we would advise you to contact us at customercare@paris-avenues.com directly.



if you canceled your order after its shipped, or do not respond on courier for delivery, this will lead to block your account to pay using cash on delivery payment method.

Value added tax VAT

What Is VAT ?

A Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax that is being introduced by the government and it was introduced starting from 1 January 2018. Where the value of 5% will be placed on the purchase orders through Paris Avenues

Does the price on the site include VAT ?

 

Yes, The prices in the website included VAT, and there is no extra amounts to pay when you add item in the shopping cart, note that  VAT amount and Item amount will show in details in the invoice.

 

How is VAT calculated ?

 

The Prices in the website included VAT, For example if you Buy a product with amount of 105 SAR, On the invoice you will see the actual price of the product is 100 SAR and 5 SAR as the VAT amount.

Order Statuses 

My COD order status says 'Pending.' What does that mean ?

 

A 'Pending' status for COD orders on your PARIS AVENUES purchase simply means that our system successfully received your order and it's waiting for confirmation, If you have entered the verification code you received by SMS your order will be shifted to the processing status very soon, If you do not receive the SMS verification code or you did not entered it for any reason our customer service agent will contact you within one business day.

My order status says 'Processing' / 'Processing AWB' What does that mean ?

 

Its mean We are currently packaging your items and your order will be shipped soon! Once it is shipped you will receive  a notification via email with a tracking number. Please note that we can't cancel the order at this step

As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it.

At PARIS AVENUES, we have a 7 days return policy. As long as the products are still in its original package, and it is within 7 days of delivery, you can return it for a voucher.

To request a refund, please contact the customer support team via e-mail at customercare@paris-avenues.com or call us at 920028821 to schedule the pickup. Once we receive the returned item, we can issue the return voucher code to be used in purchasing replacements.

 

What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered ?

 

We at PARIS AVENUES take extra care to ensure that you receive what you ordered.

However, in case of a mistaken shipment, you can always contact our customer service team via customercare@paris-avenues.com or call us on 920028821 to initiate and schedule the return process.

Once our agent picks-up the item from you, we will send your correct item or issue and send you the return coupon code to be used in purchasing replacements.

Vouchers 

How do I redeem my coupon voucher ?

 

Your coupon voucher is usually a code of letters and numbers which will be sent to you by email. Most coupons are valid for 3 months. When placing an order, please input the coupon code into the ‘Coupon’ box, at the bottom of the checkout page, and select “Use Coupon”. We will automatically show you how much your order costs before using the coupon and how much you’re expected to pay after this discount. Once that’s done you can proceed to checkout.

 

What are the different types of vouchers that I could use ?

 

We have two general types of vouchers: Specific amounts of coupons (i.e. SAR 30) or percentage coupons (such as 5% discount coupons). You can receive coupons through special offers sometimes offered on our website, so stay tuned.

 

Can I use more than one voucher at a time?

 

You can only use one coupon voucher per order.

Can I use a voucher more than once ?

We are continuously issuing new vouchers to satisfy your needs. Each voucher has its own Terms & Conditions. A voucher can be used more than once only if it is specified in its Terms & Conditions. A return voucher can be used only once. However, if your new order’s amount is less than the voucher’s, please send us an email and will issue you a voucher representing the remaining amount.

Can i use vouchers at all items ?

 

You are unable to use any promoted voucher on Sets , Sale items ,Channel Perfumes and any order less than 250 SR

What is the difference between the concentration and the strength of the fragrance ?

 

Perfume concentration is the proportion of essential oils for the total liquid in the bottle, hence the name of fragrances come "Eau De Parfum" "Eau De Toilette" "Eau de cologne" , the concentration of fragrance is calculated by numbers but the strength of the fragrance is the actual performance of the fragrance and its interaction with body temperature, this is returns to the craft of aromatic synthesis and mixing,

 

List of fragrance's concentrations ?

 

Perfume/ Pure Perfume

Perfume 20-30% concentration lasts upto 12+ hours

It is a very concentrated fragrance, for a heavy scented perfumes lovers and for the people who has a sensitive skin. It lasts for more than 12 hours and can be used for night-time because one spray can lasts long and fill the room where you sit with a very nice smell.

Eau De perfume

Eau de parfum 15-20% concentration lasts up to 8+ hours

It is a medium concentration fragrance that lasts about 8+ hours and can be used on your daily use, such as work, family & friends outing,  also your evening events.

Eau De toilette

This type is light and lasts for 4 hours and is suitable for daily use.  If you are not a fan of the heavy perfumes and are going to work or have a light stay with your friends, It is the most appropriate fragrance then.

Eau De cologne 

It is a very light scent and lasts for two hours at most.

Eau De Senteur

It is a very light type and it is often found in children's fragrances section, because it is more suitable for their skin and lasts for two hours at most.

It is a very light type and it is often found in children's fragrances section, because it is more suitable for their skin and lasts for two hours at most.

What is the difference between fragrance stability and fragrance aromatic ?

 

Perfume Stability: is the period of time in which the scent of the perfume can be smelled and distinguished on the skin or clothing, may be the persistence of the fragrance lasts for more than five or six hours, But it can not be sniffed by those whow are sitting near you.

The stability of perfume on clothes, especially cotton, larger because they drink and evaporate slowly, but spray the fragrance on the skin directly helps to evaporate the fragrance faster because its warmer

Fragrance Smell: It’s the distance could the scent reach, some fragrances has strong scent which fill the room, and other can be smelled for two meter distance and some are less than this.
Fragrance Smell on clothes usually is less. Fragrance can have different performance on skin than its performance on cloths

What are the note levels of any perfume ?

 

Perfumes consist of top notes, middle notes, and base notes. The base notes are the heaviest part of the fragrance.

 

How to store your perfume to stay longer ?

 

Store your fragrances in right places, Protect your perfume from its enemies: humidity, heat and light. Store your fragrances in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Also, buy your perfumes in spray bottles, it will help to avoid fragrance evaporation and chemical reactions with the air.
 

Where should I spray my perfume?

 

Best places to apply your fragrance are the pulse points of your body. Let me explain: pulse points are the areas of your body, where you can feel the heart rate through blood vessels that are located close to the skin. Therefore, apply your perfume: behind your ears, at the base of the throat, inside your wrist, inside your elbow and behind your knee.
